What you will do
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of the hirify.global platform and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Translate client business objectives into technical configurations and custom solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, analyze client data, and develop innovative solutions to optimize performance.
- Drive adoption of new hirify.global products and features, ensuring client success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and deliver results.
- Monitor account health, identify improvement opportunities, and present optimization strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or related field preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years in a technical client-facing role, ideally in digital advertising.
- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL.
- Familiarity with APIs, tag management systems, and experience troubleshooting client-side code.
- Strong analytical skills and creative thinking to solve complex client challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts.
- English: B2 required

- Python experience.
- Experience in app integrations (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
- Understanding of server-to-server integrations and automation concepts.
