Location: Requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Standardize and improve internal and client operations to enhance quality, reporting, and efficiencies.
• Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives.
• Develop scalable internal processes, reporting, training, and documentation to support customer base expansion.
• Ensure efficient and timely execution of internal operations projects from initiation to launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Billing, and Account Management teams.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes for scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or operations at a fast-paced growth tech company.
• Experience with data analysis and developing data-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success.
• Ability to oversee the entire project management process, ensuring timely onboarding and continuous improvement.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
• Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices for process optimization.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Retool and Gsuite.
• Experience in the healthcare tech (RCM, EHR) space.
