TL;DR

Location: Remote in Arizona, US, with significant travel required.

Salary: $125,000–$160,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

  • Own customer relationships throughout the contract, acting as the primary interface between customers and the team.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to engineers and support customers with new updates, workflows, and features.
  • Interpret multiple and complex data sources to ensure optimal user engagement within the platform.
  • Drive adoption and measurable operational outcomes, with top priority on major and strategic deployments.
  • Partner with senior agency leaders, translating technical delivery into sustained adoption, expansion, and long-term value.
  • Navigate ambiguity, structure work across large organizations, and drive progress across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts.
  • Experience working in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes beyond initial go-live.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to partner credibly with IT, Product, and Deployment teams.
  • Ability to travel ~60% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Experience in public safety, government, or compliance-heavy environments is strongly preferred.
