Vertical Lead (B2B): Driving innovation and developing strategic initiatives in the B2B vertical with an accent on competitive positioning, pricing, client discovery, and brand planning. Focus on building scalable solutions, managing pilots to productization, and defining vertical OKRs and segment-level planning for revenue growth.

What you will do

  • Design and scale tailored vertical solutions leveraging proven frameworks across the program development lifecycle.
  • Define competitive positioning, develop pricing strategies, and lead customer discovery to shape vertical roadmaps.
  • Partner with the Revenue team to drive engagement with strategic global clients by providing solutions expertise.
  • Oversee scaled services including pilots, experimentation, and automation in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Define vertical OKRs, segment-level planning, and support RFPs and solutions engineering to drive commercial success.
  • Lead the development of vertical knowledge bases and AI-driven automation to empower sales.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-time experience in strategy & operations, product strategy, GTM strategy, consulting or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a proven academic record (MBA or related master's degree preferred).
  • Experience driving pilots, experimentation, and scalable operations for cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage client-facing interactions with strong presentation skills and a confident professional presence.
  • Experience shaping strategic roadmaps, competitive positioning, and GTM strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with a high level of curiosity and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

  • Interest or foundational knowledge of AdTech, MarTech, ABM ecosystems, and programmatic advertising.
