What you will do
- Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks to support business growth across verticals.
- Lead the design and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing programs, focusing on account-based marketing (ABM).
- Create high-impact content, including sales enablement tools, thought leadership assets, and presentations tailored to buyer personas.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Events, and Operations to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and roadmaps.
- Implement retention marketing programs to increase customer engagement, adoption, and lifetime value.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs and ROI to provide actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Reliability security clearance from the Government of Canada.
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
- Deep understanding of demand generation, buyer journeys, and ABM strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot/MCAE, or Marketo).
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in the public safety industry.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
