What you will do
- Own the entire sales cycle from discovery to closing for mid-market organizations (100-500 employees)
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business deals while managing a robust sales pipeline
- Act as a strategic business partner and collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Success teams
- Lead pricing negotiations and demonstrate product value to prospects
- Understand competitive landscape and position hirify.global effectively
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States for remote work
- 1-3 years of B2B SaaS full cycle sales experience targeting organizations of 100+ employees
- 1+ years experience in MarTech preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading effective sales processes
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to build C-level relationships
- Experience with MEDDIC or other enterprise sales methodologies and virtual selling tools (Salesforce, Zoom, Webex)

- Experience with AI-driven sales platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM ecosystem
