What you will do
- Build and execute sales strategies targeting mid-market employers and employee benefits brokers.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales quotas and activity metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong broker and employer relationships, focusing on long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Enablement teams.
- Use Salesforce to manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and activities.
- Learn and articulate complex healthcare and benefits solutions to clients.
Requirements
- Must reside in Florida and be willing to travel up to 50% within assigned territory.
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience, preferably in employee benefits broker channel or related healthcare/HR technology sectors.
- Proven success in broker channel sales and acquiring new brokerage partnerships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level engagement.
- Self-starter with tenacity, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-growing environment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to mid-market employers (100-3K employees).
- Familiarity with healthcare navigation, virtual care services, or healthcare data analytics.
