Location: Remote from Europe, with ability to work in a timezone close to Portugal’s (GMT or GMT+1 preferred).

What you will do

  • Identify and research potential client companies and individuals.
  • Develop strategies for targeting and winning new business.
  • Manage top-of-funnel sales campaigns.
  • Filter and qualify interested companies and people.
  • Educate prospects and customers on hirify.global and its benefits.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience in a Business Development role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interest in technology and a deep understanding of the sales space.
  • Ability to operate and grow in a high-growth startup atmosphere.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is required.
  • Ability to work in a timezone close to Portugal’s (GMT or GMT+1 preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience in business development for B2B and/or SaaS products.
  • Prior experience working at a high-growth startup.
