What you will do
- Identify and research potential client companies and individuals.
- Develop strategies for targeting and winning new business.
- Manage top-of-funnel sales campaigns.
- Filter and qualify interested companies and people.
- Educate prospects and customers on hirify.global and its benefits.
Requirements
- 0-2 years experience in a Business Development role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interest in technology and a deep understanding of the sales space.
- Ability to operate and grow in a high-growth startup atmosphere.
- Fluency in Portuguese is required.
- Ability to work in a timezone close to Portugal’s (GMT or GMT+1 preferred).

- Experience in business development for B2B and/or SaaS products.
