What you will do
- Identify and prioritize target companies based on financing potential.
- Execute multichannel outbound strategies including calls, LinkedIn, and email.
- Engage CFOs, CEOs, and financial leaders with clear and direct pitches.
- Generate quality sales qualified leads (SQLs) and manage pipeline in HubSpot.
- Contribute to playbook and strategy improvements.
- Participate in team trainings and dynamics.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role in Madrid with 3 days in office and 2 remote
- Previous experience in outbound sales (SDR/BDR).
- Hunter mentality with discipline and resilience.
- Ability to communicate clearly with executive profiles.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to read financial needs and detect treasury tension.
