What you will do
- Drive pipeline generation through structured multi-touch outreach targeting IT and Operations leaders in Europe.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities by understanding business pain points and matching value propositions.
- Research and map target accounts to build informed strategies for key decision-makers.
- Experiment with messaging and outreach strategies to develop scalable go-to-market playbooks.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to improve conversion rates and refine the buyer journey.
- Provide feedback to Product and Marketing to shape positioning and market narratives.
Requirements
- Expert German speaker with strong professional English skills.
- Experience or strong motivation in B2B SaaS sales roles such as SDR or BDR.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate value clearly.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple outreach activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work toward ambitious targets in an early-stage, fast-moving setup.
