Salary: 27,000€ - 40,000€ OTE

What you will do

  • Drive pipeline generation through structured multi-touch outreach targeting IT and Operations leaders in Europe.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities by understanding business pain points and matching value propositions.
  • Research and map target accounts to build informed strategies for key decision-makers.
  • Experiment with messaging and outreach strategies to develop scalable go-to-market playbooks.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to improve conversion rates and refine the buyer journey.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Marketing to shape positioning and market narratives.

Requirements

  • Expert German speaker with strong professional English skills.
  • Experience or strong motivation in B2B SaaS sales roles such as SDR or BDR.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate value clearly.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple outreach activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work toward ambitious targets in an early-stage, fast-moving setup.
