What you will do
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prioritize customer needs and provide prompt responses to ensure long-lasting partnerships.
- Understand customers' business, products, markets, and decision-making processes.
- Promote products and services with persuasive messaging tailored to customer pain points.
- Qualify opportunities by identifying customer needs and buying signals.
- Execute the entire sales process from RFQ to order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor and track sales metrics to drive performance and exceed targets.
- Maintain detailed records of prospecting activity and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a B2B sales position.
- High energy, persistence, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven record of success in sales.
- Fluent English.
- Must be based in the Netherlands.
