What you will do

• Create new enterprise opportunities through prospecting and networking in the Middle East and Israel.
• Conduct discovery calls and presentations to prospective customers, selling hirify.global's value.
• Navigate complex sales cycles and collaborate with Customer Success, SDR, and Solution Consultant teams.
• Lead territory building initiatives with partners and regional events to drive awareness and pipeline.
• Plan territory quantitatively and strategically, forecasting accurately and managing pipeline.
• Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets consistently.

Requirements

• Must have experience selling to the Middle East & Israeli markets.
• Fluent in English.
• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in Martech or analytics.
• Proven track record of enterprise or mid-market sales success.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to build pipeline and work in a fast-growing startup environment.
