Senior Developer Solutions Strategist (Developer Platform): Providing strategic guidance and direct support to sales teams on complex, high-value Developer Platform deals, helping structure proposals, pricing, and terms. Focus on optimizing deal workflows, developing pricing strategies, and enabling sales teams to accelerate revenue growth.

What you will do

  • Provide strategic guidance and direct support to sellers on complex, high-value Developer Platform deals.
  • Evangelize and co-sell on customer and partner calls, offering guidance on workloads, products, and value propositions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Product) to streamline deal review, approval, and contracting processes.
  • Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to refine and implement pricing strategies, packaging, and licensing models.
  • Develop and deliver training, playbooks, and best practices for the sales organization.
  • Monitor and analyze deal trends, win/loss rates, and pricing effectiveness to inform future commercial strategies.
  • Act as a conduit between sales teams and product/GTM, providing market insights and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business development or sales strategy, preferably within a SaaS or Developer-focused product environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and negotiate high-value, multi-year SaaS agreements with large enterprise clients.
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and effective time management to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly customer-centric, with a natural curiosity about technical products and a strategic mindset for solving complex commercial problems.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and experienced in using data to inform commercial decisions.
