What you will do

  • Oversee the sales operations function for the Renewals portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide concise, relevant information and recommendations to company executives for informed business decisions.
  • Transform complex sales and business data into meaningful, actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the planning process for Renewals, including quota distribution and forecast monitoring.
  • Collaborate with sales operations and finance teams to drive appropriate metrics and measure business performance.
  • Drive key outcomes by leveraging influence across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance or related field with 8+ years of progressive experience in sales/renewal operations, business analytics, or related disciplines, preferably within a tech/software organization.
  • 4+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
  • Proven ability to drive results through influence and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of sales processes and systems/tools, including SFDC (CRM), Pricing Tools, Oracle, and excellent MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Experience working with executive leadership and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.
