What you will do

• Lead the execution of high-priority enterprise transformation initiatives from concept through to value delivery.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear milestones, ownership, and accountability.
• Establish and maintain the weekly drumbeat of execution to ensure consistent progress and momentum.
• Partner with the CSTO and executive leadership to align priorities and enable strategic decision-making.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional risks and dependencies to keep initiatives on track.
• Drive visibility into transformation progress by tracking key milestones and business impact.

Requirements

• Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to connect strategy to execution.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive accountability across complex organizations.
• Excellent communication skills for synthesizing insights and supporting executive decisions.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.

Nice to have

• 7–10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or business operations.
• Advanced degree, such as an MBA or equivalent experience.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth technology-driven environments.
