What you will do

• Define and manage the lifecycle of technical products across infrastructure, core tech, and game services.
• Build and communicate clear, outcome-focused technical roadmaps balancing team needs and engineering realities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, and operations to shape technical work and priorities.
• Report progress, risks, and technical performance to leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Technical Product Managers and promote best practices in communication and planning.
• Support strategic technical direction and ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid/remote in Dublin, Ireland
• Strong understanding of technical concepts in infrastructure, services, pipelines, or platform systems.
• 5–8+ years experience in technical product, program, or engineering roles.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical issues for varied audiences.
• Proven ability to align stakeholders and manage trade-offs in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and roadmap planning.

Nice to have

• Experience with live service or free-to-play games and large-scale feature pipelines.
• Familiarity with game development workflows, CI/CD, build systems, and mobile app distribution.
