TL;DR

Location: Onsite in New York City

Salary: $130,000–$240,000 (Base + OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle through prospecting, maintaining, developing, and closing net new accounts.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and generate leads through strategic, creative prospecting.
  • Perform heavy outreach through cold calls and email sequences targeting ICP accounts.
  • Craft personalized messaging that converts prospects into demos.
  • Become an expert on the hirify.global platform and independently deliver compelling demos.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B technical sales in a quota-carrying role.
  • Proven track record of self-sourced, net new accounts with a hunter mindset.
  • Excellent pricing negotiation and product value communication skills.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work onsite in New York City.
