What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle through prospecting, maintaining, developing, and closing net new accounts.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for growth and generate leads through strategic, creative prospecting.
- Perform heavy outreach through cold calls and email sequences targeting ICP accounts.
- Craft personalized messaging that converts prospects into demos.
- Become an expert on the hirify.global platform and independently deliver compelling demos.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B technical sales in a quota-carrying role.
- Proven track record of self-sourced, net new accounts with a hunter mindset.
- Excellent pricing negotiation and product value communication skills.
- Proficiency with sales tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work onsite in New York City.
