What you will do
- Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies, primarily through cold calling.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to generate sales.
- Track activity rigorously and monitor monthly target completion.
- Conduct regular business trips to focus regions for market insights.
- Support new team member onboarding and share knowledge with international sales teams.
- Help organize events to promote hirify.global and build host communities.
Requirements
- High level of self-motivation and ability to convince hosts both on the phone and face to face.
- Positive mindset towards new challenges and empathic personality.
- Solution-driven attitude and ability to work responsibly and organized.
- Near native Italian skills required.
- Fluent English skills required.
