What you will do
- Outbound to prospective merchants in Italy through email, cold calling, and in-person events.
- Follow-up with inbound marketing and partnership leads using sales tools.
- Own the deal pipeline of new prospects from first contact through to live customer.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the onboarding and integration of new customers.
- Collaborate with onboarding and risk early in the sales process to optimize conversion and manage risk.
- Meet merchants face-to-face and creatively sell hirify.global's value proposition.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English (required).
- 4-8 years of experience in full cycle sales (account executive type position).
- Strong experience in outbound sales and a hunter mindset.
- Confidence in discussing technical solutions.
- Organized, structured, analytical, and target-focused approach.
- Strong networking skills and enjoyment of face-to-face interactions.
Nice to have
- Experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Prestashop, Magento, and Shopify.
