Global Sales Operations Manager: Designing and optimizing sales operations for a luxury watch marketplace with an accent on revenue planning, dealer lifecycle, VIP sourcing, and tooling. Focus on driving GMV growth through supply quality, execution rigor, and trustworthy data.

Location: Berlin (onsite) or Remote from the UK

What you will do

  • Partner with sales and account management for supply growth, onboarding, and optimizing dealer performance.
  • Standardize transaction paths and flows for VIP clients by leveraging marketplace signals.
  • Run monthly GMV/revenue forecasts and maintain liquidity and supply coverage analysis.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM and automation tools, maintaining data integrity and BI structures.
  • Co-design compensation plans and incentives tied to GMV.
  • Align with Operations on KYC, authenticity, dispute SLAs, and policy changes.
  • Run regular forecast/pipeline reviews and prepare reporting for leadership.
  • Partner with General Managers and Finance on headcount and OPEX planning.
  • Optimize operating rhythms, information flows, collateral, and tooling for team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations.
  • Proven track record building forecasts, territories/quotas, comp plans, and funnel diagnostics.
  • Fluency in data, analytics, and BI.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
  • Systems thinking approach to implementing effective sales and marketing data and tooling solutions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional workstreams with Data, Product, Marketing, and Operations.

  • Marketplace ecommerce background.
  • Experience operating with policy/legal workflows.
