What you will do
- Drive revenue by supporting client interactions, leading discovery, and demonstrating products.
- Own customer inquiries, including follow-ups, RFx, and questionnaires.
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POC) to showcase product value.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to achieve goals and address requirements.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation with post-sales solutions consultants.
- Collect and share customer feedback to improve processes and products.
Requirements
- Strong solution-selling and demo skills to articulate software solution value.
- Excellent discovery skills to uncover customer pain points and value.
- A solution-oriented mindset focused on helping customers envision how our product meets their specific needs.
- Demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic sales environment, managing multiple deals simultaneously.
- Knowledge of key technical concepts, including APIs.
- Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues and quickly learning new technologies.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a solution-selling environment or a similar role.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of software integration principles.
- Experience with key finance and procurement tools.
- Experience working with finance, technical, and/or procurement stakeholders.
