• Manage a large scrum Connectivity team, focusing on their vision and career growth.
• Establish and prioritize the technology roadmap, guiding architecture and development efforts.
• Mentor and support team members to achieve their career objectives.
• Evaluate and integrate advanced technologies and tools.
• Set and guide teams towards goals related to scalability, security, and quality.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple teams.
• Experience working in Series B+ organisations.
• Experienced in managing mixed engineering teams, including backend and mobile.
• Passion for infrastructure and building products that accelerate other software teams.
