What you will do

• Own engineering outcomes across multiple teams delivering AI, risk analytics, and insurance workflow products.
• Build, coach, and scale a high-performing engineering organization balancing full-time and third-party resources.
• Drive technical execution focusing on product delivery, quality, and velocity.
• Foster a high-accountability, low-ego culture within the engineering teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Business teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years engineering leadership experience managing distributed or remote-first teams.
• Proven ability to scale technical teams including hiring and mentoring.
• Strong technical background in systems architecture, web infrastructure, or AI/ML platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with a bias for action and clarity.
• Experience in insurance, fintech, or SaaS is a strong plus.
• Must be based in the United States for remote work.
