Location: Must be based in one of the hub locations (San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Austin, New York City Metro, or Chicago) due to a hybrid work model.
Salary: $280,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead global IT operations and workforce enablement for thousands of employees within a high-growth SaaS ecosystem.
- Architect enterprise and platform infrastructure to support large-scale AI-powered SaaS environments.
- Define and execute a multi-year IAM strategy rooted in Zero Trust principles and password-less authentication.
- Implement an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform to consolidate operations across BI, HR, and Engineering.
- Lead technical integration of mergers and acquisitions, unifying disparate SaaS and collaboration platforms.
- Manage multi-million-dollar operating budgets, focusing on vendor consolidation and strategic sourcing.
Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership experience building and scaling global technology organizations in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in enterprise identity, infrastructure, and security strategy.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar annual operating budgets with strong financial governance.
- Strong working knowledge of NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP frameworks.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams across onshore and nearshore delivery models.
- Must be located in San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Austin, New York City Metro, or Chicago.
