What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT development projects ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including stakeholders, development, product, design, marketing, and operations.
• Serve as primary client contact managing expectations and communication throughout project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, milestones, risk management strategies, and track progress with reports and dashboards.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior leadership regularly.
• Continuously optimize project management processes for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Located in Germany, ideally Berlin.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in fintech, startup, or technology-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Hubspot, Monday).
• Professional level English (B2).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in fintech or digital banking.
