What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using Agile methodologies.
• Motivate and support teams of 5-10 professionals.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify and manage risks and issues proactively.
• Support procurement processes ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Deploy scalable, secure systems in cloud environments.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Willingness to achieve SC clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience in UK government digital frameworks.
• Background in user research and service design.
