TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the EU/UK, London or Berlin preferred

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract close, focusing on direct sales opportunities.
  • Identify and engage with established scale-ups and corporates in the EU/UK.
  • Clearly communicate hirify.global's unique value proposition, emphasizing modular Smart Finance Blocks and partner ecosystem.
  • Achieve specific sales targets, including submitting proposals and improving close rates.
  • Collaborate with solutions consultant, product team, and management to ensure seamless deal progression.
  • Continuously sharpen sales messaging and leverage sales collateral and customer success stories.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably within the FinTech, SaaS, or embedded finance industry.
  • Deep understanding of embedded finance, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), and implementation challenges.
  • Exceptional ability to manage complex sales cycles and build strong client relationships.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot knowledge is a plus).
  • English: Fluent required.

  • Proficiency in German and other European languages.
