What you will do
- Manage complex diaries and daily schedules for the CEO and CCO.
- Arrange and prepare meetings, including tech setup, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Handle travel bookings, itineraries, expenses, and general administrative support.
- Conduct research on projects, clients, talent, and industry activity.
- Coordinate planning of external presentations and events, tailoring portfolio decks.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and provide follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Strong all-round EA and coordination experience and skills are essential (organisation, management, coordination).
- Experience in multi-tasking and time management.
- Experience dealing with staff, external contacts, talent, and clients.
- Articulate with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Fully computer literate with Google Suite skills; Apple hardware and Keynote familiarity a plus.
- Proactive, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for animation, film, culture, and immersive content and an entrepreneurial spirit is a must.
