What you will do

  • Develop and implement client growth strategies and expand existing client relationships.
  • Increase sales, improve project profitability, and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong long-term partnerships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate to identify business challenges, propose solutions, and optimize client-related processes.
  • Manage operational activities for projects and conduct pre-sales activities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and hold in-person meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management and/or customer success management for 1+ years, or in an account/sales assistant role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
  • Technical knowledge with sufficient ability to understand technical aspects.
  • Conversation and communication skills with C-Level people.
  • German: Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have

  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry and how the major processes function.
  • Experience in creating and implementing account development plans and strategies.
