What you will do

• Design and maintain business architecture aligned with organizational strategy and end-to-end processes.
• Analyze current and define future business processes ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure alignment across systems.
• Define standards and principles for processes, integrations, and data flows.
• Engage in sales-related consulting and solution design within the leasing domain.
• Collaborate with senior management, IT architects, developers, and product owners to deliver strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model in Poland (Gdańsk, Kraków, Poznań, Warszawa, Wrocław)
• English: Minimum C1 fluency required
• Bachelor's degree in finance-related or analytical field.
• Experience in IT roles such as Business Architect, Analyst, Developer, or Delivery Manager.
• Strong knowledge of at least one leasing product (e.g., Odessa Platform, Miles Enterprise, Charisma ERP Suite, FinQuery).
• Proven client-facing experience with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• German language skills at B1 level.
