What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to configure and implement end-to-end Workday HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive sustainable process improvements through technology and redesign within existing organizational structures.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement in customer processes.
• Ensure data integrity, user adoption, and consistent delivery of business needs through strategic and consultative approaches.
• Write test scripts, stage data, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for new projects and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be on-site in Durham, United States
• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Talent, Benefits, Time Off, Compensation, and Payroll.
• Proficiency in enterprise process and requirement analysis and advanced Workday reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills to translate requirements into actionable plans and provide end-user training.
• Experience in writing test scripts and leading UAT with business users.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
