• Translate complex AI strategy into high-impact visual stories, layouts, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and evolve design systems for AI-native patterns, adaptive layouts, and multimodal interactions.
• Lead the design of agentic and mixed-initiative experiences, ensuring intuitive feedback and system state transparency.
• Establish visual frameworks that balance AI-driven personalization with accessibility and trust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-informed design principles into user journeys.
• Promote a culture of high-standard UI craft through open critique and leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in User Experience or Product Design.
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, UX Design, Cognitive Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Mastery of visual design, UI layout, component systems, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Proven ability to design AI-powered interfaces with clear strategies for interaction and system feedback.
• Deep understanding of conversational design tools and methods, including LLM-based prototyping.
• Proficiency in modern design platforms such as Figma and Cursor.
