Salary: $125,200 - $192,700

What you will do

• Design UX/UI solutions for vehicle systems and applications across multiple display configurations.
• Own complex interaction problems involving controls, input modalities, navigation flows, and driving modes.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clear designs, prototypes, and documented rationale.
• Partner with engineering, industrial design, and research to integrate digital and physical experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and inform iterations.
• Present design recommendations and trade-offs to senior stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Industrial Design, Ergonomics, Product Design, Design Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing digital interfaces with demonstrated UX and UI craft.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and standard design and prototyping tools.
• Portfolio submission is required.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, TN, STEM OPT) now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in HCI, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Experience with automotive, consumer electronics, or other safety-critical regulated environments.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling, motion design, and sound design.
• Experience balancing exploratory design with technical constraints and feasibility.
