Engineering Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
• Own the team product roadmap and align execution with long-term business objectives.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical debt while balancing feature development and sustainable architecture.
• Lead an engineering team through mentoring, one-to-ones, development plans, and removal of delivery roadblocks.
• Drive technical improvements, process development, experimentation, and adoption of industry best practices.
• Resolve major technical issues and collaborate with clients, partners, product, and other functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of engineering experience and 2+ years of management experience.
• Deep knowledge of technical architecture, system design, scalability, and performance.
• Experience developing and executing product roadmaps across teams.
• Proven experience hiring, managing, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathetic leadership, and the ability to lead independently while staying aligned with company objectives.
