What you will do

• Act as a thought partner to tax partners, legal advisory leaders, and consulting teams to identify opportunities and scale platform use.
• Own client relationships from pilot to firm-wide adoption across Big 4 and professional services firms.
• Represent tax and legal advisory users internally to inform product development and strategic direction.
• Deliver product demos and training to diverse stakeholders including tax partners and global advisory teams.
• Document best practices and contribute to scalable playbooks for global growth.
• Help teams navigate AI-driven shifts in professional services, evaluating ROI and impact across service lines.

Requirements

• Background in law or tax with experience at a Big 4 or leading professional services firm, ideally across multiple service lines and jurisdictions.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy, comfortable with generative AI and technology implementation discussions.
• Strong communication skills to translate between tax, legal, consulting, and engineering stakeholders.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage multiple client relationships proactively.
• Understanding of improving processes through emerging technologies in tax compliance, regulatory analysis, and advisory work.
• Commercial awareness of professional services balancing technical excellence and client value.
