What you will do
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting and account penetration strategies to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Engage and nurture leads through multi-channel outreach including social selling, cold calls, and email sequences.
- Develop deep understanding of lead generation process and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives.
- Conduct persistent follow-ups until meetings are set.
- Contribute market insights and help build sales playbook and tech stack.
Requirements
- Native Turkish and English proficiency at C1/C2 level for clear business communication.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Development or similar outbound commercial role with proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience working with B2B clients in the Turkish market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including compelling email copywriting.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Experience collaborating with HR and Learning & Development teams or in related industries.
