What you will do

  • Own and define the pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for all products to maximize revenue.
  • Design and iterate in-product upgrade and graduation experiences to drive self-serve conversion and expansion.
  • Lead market research and analysis to establish value metrics and competitive price points.
  • Manage product packaging and feature tiers aligned with customer segments.
  • Drive experimentation roadmap including A/B testing to optimize conversion and revenue metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Product, and Data Science teams on monetization initiatives.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Canada or the United States due to remote work setup.
  • 10+ years in Product Management with 5+ years focused on Growth, Monetization, or Revenue in SaaS.
  • Principal-level experience owning complex monetization strategies with high autonomy.
  • Strong analytical skills including financial modeling and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize revenue funnels.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and executive collaboration.
