What you will do

  • Define global pricing, packaging, and licensing strategies across SaaS, subscription, and consumption models.
  • Own the end-to-end pricing lifecycle, from strategy and governance to execution and optimization.
  • Develop scalable monetization frameworks for enterprise, mid-market, and partner-led GTM motions.
  • Partner with C-level stakeholders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Legal to align pricing with business goals.
  • Design packaging that simplifies the buying process and accelerates sales cycles.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on pricing excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Monetization, or Commercial Leadership in executive roles.
  • Deep expertise in SaaS pricing, consumption models, and cloud economics.
  • Proven success operationalizing usage-based pricing and in-product metering.
  • Experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
