What you will do

  • Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, analysts, and designers to execute the growth strategy and roadmap.
  • Optimize the full-funnel user journey from first touch and onboarding to conversion and paid expansion.
  • Design and implement hypothesis-driven A/B experiments and analytics instrumentation to drive revenue.
  • Scale organic acquisition through technical SEO, structured data, and content surface optimization.
  • Analyze funnel performance and cohort dashboards to identify and eliminate drop-off points.
  • Manage payment flows, pricing tests, and checkout experiences to minimize friction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management with deep ownership of growth or monetization.
  • Strong technical foundation, preferably with a software engineering background.
  • Experience scaling freemium, viral growth models, or self-serve B2B SaaS products.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, cohort analysis, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable ARR or significant funnel improvements.
  • Must be able to work in a distributed environment with high autonomy.
