Requirements

• Location: Must reside outside 50 miles of San Ramon for remote or within for hybrid
• Experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and understand complex processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-directed and motivated
• BA/BS degree or higher
