What you will do

  • Build and lead the Treasury Solutions sales team, including recruiting and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Interest Accounts and the Business Depot.
  • Identify key customer segments and deliver compelling value propositions for liquidity and yield optimization.
  • Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Marketing teams to shape local initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with partners, advisors, and key regional stakeholders.
  • Drive a performance-focused culture with clear KPIs, forecasting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in treasury, investment products, or corporate banking.
  • Experience in investment firms, asset managers, or leading German banks is a strong plus.
  • Proven success in building and scaling sales teams in the German market.
  • Confident selling to CFOs, finance leads, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
