Salary: $80,000–153,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Analyze current and new business and technical processes related to equity trading tools
- Identify system interfaces and dependencies and document process and system flows
- Translate business functions into clear technical specifications
- Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to drive outcomes
- Assess systems and sequence work effectively based on dependencies
Requirements
- Must have a BS in Computer Science or equivalent and over four years of professional experience
- Strong understanding of financial industry including equity and credit markets
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders
- Ability to define detailed test cases aligned with business value
- Work onsite every other week in a Fidelity office in the US (hybrid work model)
