TL;DR

Location: Office-centric hybrid in Chicago, USA (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office).

Salary: $166,000–$189,000 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with Customer Success leadership to drive global retention strategy and provide insights on NRR, GRR, and churn mitigation.
  • Partner with AMER Renewal Manager lead in forecasting and driving forecast accuracy.
  • Represent CX and work with cross-functional partners like Sales, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics/Science, and Finance.
  • Design and execute strategic initiatives to improve the customer journey from onboarding to automated renewal and "at-risk" interventions.
  • Lead operational design for the CS organization, including book carve strategy, capacity planning, and setting retention targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Strategy, SaaS, or Management Consulting, with a proven track record in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Experience moving beyond data reporting to strategy design for churn mitigation.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex data into a clear narrative for executive leadership.
  • Proficient in Salesforce (CRM) and Advanced Excel skills.
  • Expert at leading complex, end-to-end projects and operationalizing new processes globally.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies for retention workflows and decision-making.

Nice to have

  • SaaS post-sales or retention experience.
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker) and SQL (e.g., Databricks).
