Salary: $85,200 - $125,500

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and use data to drive both day-to-day decision-making and long-term strategic and operational planning.
• Conduct analysis and deep-dives into aspects of hirify.global’s alerting and operational processes to identify and execute quality improvement and innovation opportunities.
• Conduct R&D data exploration of open source data and support and build proprietary algorithmic data streams.
• Find technical solutions to help solve business and internal product challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Operational, AI, and Data teams to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in management consulting, or a similar strategic & analytical role.
• Passion for breaking information, current world events, technology, and a great understanding of both social media and publicly available data.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in MS Office suite, Google Suite, SQL, and experience with metrics analysis.

Nice to have

• Python scripting skills desirable.
