TL;DR
Recruitment Specialist: Proactively sourcing, engaging, and securing top technical and product talent with an accent on Eastern European market knowledge and high-volume candidate pipeline management. Focus on building strong relationships with hiring managers, optimizing recruitment workflows, and ensuring excellent candidate experience.
Location: Must be located within ±4 hours of CET timezone, remote work.

What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage high-quality passive candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Manage high-volume candidate pipelines and maintain data integrity in ATS.
- Conduct initial recruiter screenings for technical and growth roles.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Provide timely and professional feedback to candidates.
- Collaborate with recruitment team to optimize sourcing strategies and workflows.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years recruitment experience in fast-paced tech environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Eastern European talent market.
- Proven track record in sourcing and closing technical roles including backend, frontend, data, and growth positions.
- Proficiency with advanced sourcing techniques and ATS platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Fluency or strong proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian.
- Experience hiring for specialized roles like Golang, Head of User Acquisition, or CRO/Growth.
- Familiarity with technologies like Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node, Nest.js, Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, SQL, Python, R, GCP/BigQuery, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
