What you will do

• Lead and support Engineering Managers and technical leads, ensuring high standards of delivery, quality, and ownership.
• Redesign the SDLC to implement agentic workflows, integrating AI agents to automate repetitive coding, generation, and validation.
• Own the technical architecture across products, balancing scalability, maintainability, and speed.
• Drive continuous improvement of coding standards, testing, and development workflows for frequent and reliable releases.
• Utilize engineering metrics to monitor system reliability and delivery indicators to guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations to align planning and delivery while maintaining engineering independence.

Requirements

• Senior engineering leadership experience managing other managers in fully remote environments.
• Deep expertise in agentic orchestration and LLM integration to increase developer productivity.
• Proven track record of leading remote-first teams through growth and post-acquisition transitions.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems into AI-enabled platforms and managing technical debt.
• Ability to balance long-term technical direction with hands-on architecture reviews and technical assessments.
