What you will do

• Lead end-to-end 0→1 development of new applications and features within 8–12 week project cycles.
• Architect systems and write production code using AI-assisted tools like Claude, Copilot, and cursor-based IDEs.
• Select technology stacks and make build-vs-buy decisions optimized for speed and maintainability.
• Design and execute structured handoff plans to enable divisional engineering teams to own and operate delivered products.
• Champion AI-native engineering practices and contribute to organizational AI governance standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production applications at scale.
• Proven experience leading 0→1 product builds in fast-paced or startup-like environments.
• Deep fluency with AI-assisted development workflows and prompt engineering for developer productivity.
• Strong architectural expertise in AWS, containerization, CI/CD, and Terraform (IaC).
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, legal tech, compliance, or HR tech domains.
• Familiarity with M&A-driven engineering environments.
