Location: Telecommuting work permitted; position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

What you will do
- Act as a liaison between functional/business teams, technical teams, and support teams including handling escalations and providing guidance.
- Partner with stakeholders to create and process IT initiative proposals, defining scope, ROI, risks, staffing, and financial needs.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer, validating requirements and ensuring alignment with technology roadmaps.
- Align strategic and tactical business objectives with IT objectives and long-term roadmaps.
- Lead or manage projects requiring full lifecycle execution from ideation to solution delivery.
- Provide insights and thought leadership on industry trends and best practices to guide priorities and decisions.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related roles and skillsets including business initiatives, technology solutions, and IT industry knowledge.
- Experience with ServiceNow, DevOps, or JIRA.
- Ability to work remotely with potential for various U.S. locations.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
