What you will do
- Assist in building and executing ABM programs including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many campaigns.
- Create and personalize marketing assets and coordinate direct mail, digital programs, and event follow-ups.
- Support sales and SDR teams with messaging, insights, and content kits throughout the customer journey.
- Manage ABM tools and processes including email sequences, audience segmentation, and engagement tracking.
- Help execute field events, webinars, and executive experiences targeted at strategic accounts.
- Track KPIs and provide insights to optimize ABM program performance.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Austin or San Francisco Bay Area, United States
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or related roles.
- Interest and experience in ABM, account targeting, and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase is a bonus.
