What you will do

• Define and evangelize product strategy for enterprise AI tools aligned with company goals.
• Lead market and UX research to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.
• Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Partner with design and research teams to create intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies including pricing and adoption.
• Align engineering, design, and business teams around priorities and timelines.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Paris and work on-site at least 3 days per week.
• 5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, or ML-driven products.
• Strong user obsession and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with high emotional intelligence.

Nice to have

• Experience with product-led growth strategies and early-stage product development.
• Technical ability to prototype or dive into code when needed.
